CITY STREETS 3D MODELS KIT PBR


Collection of 3D street model play a vital role in kitbashing when building city scenes. This product is the most extensive kit of this type created by 3dmkits
The entire set is optimized for effortless usage, featuring a modular approach, with both American and European pedestrian lane versions. The topology is well-structured, the road textures boast ultra-high resolution, and the curbstones are intricately crafted. Included in the package is a kitbashing set, as well as a pre-built highway viaduct with street layout for immediate implementation.

This version was built completely in PBR workflow. Ready to be imported into Unreal Engine, Unity Engine or other game engines.

 

Kit contains 38 elements:

 

  • low highway - 10 elements,
  • middle highway - 9 elements,
  • highway descent - 6 elements,
  • street crossing in 2 versions plus another street sections,
  • additional scene with full highway construction,
  • additional models like street lights, lamps etc.

 

 

The kit contains following formats:

  • 3ds Max - standard materials and not scene light,
  • 3ds Max V-Ray - full V-Ray PBR materials, additional scenes are ready to render,
  • FBX and Obj - exported formats with PBR materials,

Product gallery shows images from the V-Ray version scenes and Unreal Engine,

 

PROFESSIONALLY MODELLED

Models made without ngons and to keep polycount as low as possible.

  • no isolated or overlapped vertices,
  • no overlapped faces,
  • mostly quads,
  • real worlds scale (meters), objects at 100% scale at object level,
  • no extraneous, unnecessary objects etc.
  • objects are grouped, models are ready to merge into the scene,

SCENE ORGANIZATION

  • each object has only one material assigned to it (no annoying Multi/Sub-Object materials),
  • no duplicated materials and textures in the scenes,

All textures are 8K and 4K resolution. PBR workflow - color map, AO, normal map, roughness map,metalness map,
