WAREHOUSE 3D MODEL - full building with PBR materials

Complete Scene

Warehouse 3D model is ready for use in both exterior and interior renders, offering an ideal setting for animations, product showcases, and architectural scenes.
Whether you need a background for product renders, animations, or architectural projects, it offers exceptional detail and realism.

The interior is filled with diverse and detailed cargo models (steel shelf, cardboard box on pallet etc.) enriching the environment with realistic depth.
Elements like precise wiring, textured walls, and door hardware contribute to the model’s authenticity.

There are no real logos on cargo models - all stickers on boxes are placeholders. No licensing problems.

The scene comes in the file formats listed below:

  • 3ds Max - standard .max version with standard materials and renderer, no light,
  • 3ds Max V-Ray - V-Ray renderer, with V-Ray materials, scene is ready to render (lights, renderer settings),
  • FBX - exported format. Textures and UV's are included,

PBR WORKFLOW for cargo models

Warehouse building have standard materials. Materials of cargo models were created in PBR workflow. They contain the following maps:

  • Color Map,
  • AO Map,
  • Normal Map,
  • Roughness Map,
  • Metalness Map,

Textures are in 4K resolution.

HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS

Like all our products, this model meets these standards:

  • no isolated or overlapped vertices,
  • no overlapped faces,
  • no ngons, mostly quads,
  • real worlds scale (meters), objects at 100% scale at object level,
  • no extraneous, unnecessary objects etc.

SCENE ORGANIZATION

  • each object has only one material assigned to it (no annoying Multi/Sub-Object materials),
  • no duplicated materials and textures in the scene,
  • understandable names of objects, textures and materials,
  • objects are well sorted using groups and layers,
